Not even worth talking about. TOTALLY DISGUISTING!!!! I will NOT eat for the rest of the week. This is my beginning and I'm GOING TO DO IT!!! I've even start having a rubber band around my wrist to pop every time I get hungry or when I'm tempted to eat.! Please leave some support I'm about to buckle down and get dirty with Ana.

I didn't weigh today, because I did so BAD!! Here's my intake. HORRIBLE!

- a pack of ramon noodles ( ate almost all of it)

I totally failed last night. I gave into the cravings..Mom cooked me a home made meal. Couldn't resist I know right?? Totally bad! But to my surprise I still lost 2 lbs. So I'm on my way to my first goal! Yippy! So today, I'm going to have to work super hard. I've got to get the god awful pounds off. So here are my stats.

InTake:

B- None

L- A glass of Diet Sprite ; glass of water

S- bread bites (190)

D-

Total: 190

 

Workout: two work out tapes (30 minutes each (focus abs, arms) )

 

CW: 157.8

GW1: 155.0

*I am only 2.8 lbs away from my first goal!!!!! Yippy! *

Ana Fast Day 1:

New Tip: Brush your teeth when you get hungry! Toothpaste and food taste AWFUL together.. so you get prettier teeth without being hungry! (use lots of mouthwash as well)

 

BMI: 26.6 (OVERWEIGHT)

Okay.. today is the day I finally get down and actually do this. I weighed myself at 11:00 AM.

HW: 163.2

CW: 159.8

LW: 145.0

GW1: 155.0

UGW: 110.0

So I only have 4.8 lbs to go for my first goal..

Total exercise today: 5 minute stretch

                                  30 leg lifts

                                  20 crunches

B- Nothing

L- Diet Mountain Dew, two Glass of Water

S-6 pieces of bacon

D-
